THE ASK
Carlsberg wanted to celebrate a special competition by transforming their reception office space into a tropical Amazonian paradise where staff could enjoy an immersive and unforgettable experience. The goal was to create a visually stunning setting that encouraged engagement, social sharing, and celebration.
THE IDEA
Inspired by the lush Amazon rainforest, we designed an exotic, nature-inspired experience with jungle-themed decor, interactive elements, and immersive sounds. The space featured tropical trees, a reception area designed as an Amazonian entryway, and a stunning bar setup reminiscent of a tropical hideaway.
THE SOLUTION
Brand Connect brought the Amazon to life by incorporating floor stickers mimicking jungle terrain, life-sized animal decorations, and bird sounds that enhanced the atmosphere. The reception area was transformed into a lush rainforest, complete with a boat setup and safari-dressed hostesses welcoming guests. A thematic bar served refreshing drinks, while curated finger foods complemented the tropical vibes. With a vibrant music selection, Instagram-worthy photo spots, and immersive details, the event became an engaging experience that encouraged attendees to capture and share moments.
